ADHD, Autism, and Other Neurodivergence
Hello! If you're neurodivergent then I'm glad you've found me. My name's Hayley, I'm undiagnosed and believe myself to be autistic, and I specialise in working with other people who are neurodivergent in some way, whether that's ADHD, autism, AuADHD, or any other flavour of neurospice. I'm a member of the Bristol-based Attention Allies group, which specialises in supporting people with ADHD, using a social rather than a medical model.
Living with ADHD or autism presents a unique set of struggles, but you also have strengths and talents that neurotypicals don't have access to. I can help you explore, recognise, and harness your strengths, and to develop strategies to mitigate the harder side of navigating life while being neurodivergent. It doesn't matter whether you're struggling with RSD, relationships, self-loathing, self-esteem, emotional regulation, or something more practical such as time management, organisation, or impulsivity, we can explore your experience together.
If sitting in a room for 50 minutes doesn't appeal to you, you're welcome to book yourself in for some walk-and-talk sessions. You can reach me via the contact details below, or you can reach out and schedule your first session with me.
